“Human Resources” is an intriguing term. It actually describes the “non-material” resources of a company. However, it could also refer to the specific personal resources that each individual themselves can draw upon. In my 20 years as a HR professional in various management positions, I have always been particularly interested in the latter. I understood how closely the growth of each individual is directly linked to the success of the entire team. That is why I have decided to work on a personal basis with people as a professional coach and to support them in their personal development. With my training as a co-active coach, I have chosen an established, holistic approach that corresponds to my positive view of people.
Change is an important part of my life: I’ve lived and worked in five countries on two continents. Thanks to my curiosity and integrity, I was able to get to know very different perspectives. They have both enriched and left their mark on me. In various management positions I led cross-cultural national and international teams and gained a lot of experience in change management and transformation processes. I take advantage of these personal and professional experiences as we work together on your very own transformation journey.

In everyday life we tend to focus on our personal problems. We believe that we only have to “repair” a specific problem, as if you were a bicycle. Co-active coaching always sees the whole person (heart, mind, body and spirit) with their abundance of skills and possibilities. The certified approach was developed in 1992 and has been continuously adapted and improved since then. The goal is personal growth and the transformation of each individual – for a successful, fulfilling life.
